FAQ: Technical Support
If the navigation buttons on the right-hand side of the screen appear large and disproportioned, try reducing the size of your text. You can do this by completing the following steps:
- Click View on the menu at the top of the screen
- Select Text Size from the menu
- Select Medium from the list of options presented
If scrolling horizontally is necessary to read material on the right-hand side of the page, try changing the screen resolution to 1024 x 768. You can do this by completing the following steps:
- Click the Start button in the left-hand corner of the bottom task bar
- Select Control Panel (usually found in the second column)
- Select Appearance and Themes
- Select Change the Screen Resolution
